Shipping policy

​ORDERS

All our jewelry is custom made to order. Please allow 4 weeks for production and shipping. Requesting and paying for express shipping does not speed up the production process. If you need an item by a specific date then please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING

All orders are packaged with special care to ensure the safety of your purchase. All orders are delivered via DHL and require a signature for delivery. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our website. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email at the e-mail address you registered when your order was placed.

Our prices include the European VAT. All our items are shipped from Greece.

If the shipping address you provide us with while placing your order is located outside of the EU, then please keep in mind that import duties and taxes might be added by your local custom authorities upon the arrival of your order at the airport. The payment of these duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of you, the customer. We cannot determine what these duties and taxes will be beforehand. For more information please contact your local tax authority. 

We currently ship to the USA and most countries in Europe. We are in the process of setting up more international shipping locations. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

We cannot deliver orders to P.O. boxes.

All orders within the USA and most countries in Europe receive complimentary shipping via DHL Express. 

RETURNS

​Our jewelry is made to order, therefore, we do not offer returns at this time. However, we understand that buying fine jewelry online can be bewildering, so if you would like to book a virtual appointment before placing your order, please contact us to schedule that appointment.
